CCC DVD Navigation Problem

Hello Everyone,

It's my very first post here. I'm from France and owning a E87 116i.
Last year the CCC gone bad and I had to replace it.

I entrusted a guy on Internet for this job, sent my bad CCC to him and sent back a working CCC to me (freshly coded).

All is working fine except the Navigation. The screen say "Please insert the Navigation DVD". So I did, I inserted the navigation but nothing appears. The disc is spinning well but no map...

So I decided to change the DVD drive, but exactly the same, the DVD is spinning but no map

The DVD wont eject, I have to do it manualy by removing the DVD drive and manualy turn the toothed wheel.

Questions now
1) Could the CCC be not well coded ?
2) The new DVD drive is broken ? (bought from eBay and the guy send me a working video of it)
