Definitely do it, it took $40 and an afternoon in the garage. 5/10 to install (and I'm just a kid in his parents garage). It's not terribly difficult, just takes finesse and focus on when to lower the subframe/raise.
Do you have a 128 or 135? I feel like the daily driven 128s are 100% okay with inserts, but 135s may want the full replacement if they're pushing a lot of power. Reason being is that 135s guys noticed an improvement in stability on straight line acceleration (I guess the drivetrain twisting a bit under hard acceleration). The biggest improvements in feeling I noticed were on long cambered turns, the rear just felt more stable, and over bumps. I can actually differentiate the ground changing instead of it being vague. It just feels like the way it should've from the factory. Yes!!!!!!!! pay attention when you install them, I installed one wrong (90° rotated from what it should've been) and it busted.
