Active Autowerke mistake

Where is MANNY with active autowerke?
I received a gen 1 exhaust today and ordered the gen 2 for the 135i about 5 days short of 3 months ago. Where is Manny? Emails wont send to him and I would like this mistake resolved!

Have you tried calling them instead of opening a thread.
Pretty sure that would solve your problem a lot faster.

Left a message with active autowerke yesterday, probably won't hear a response until Tuesday. Never hurts to try everything. Even skyped the guy with no success. I was originally told to see the part by July. Yesterday wasn't July, shoot its been all summer without the part. I guess I'm just very frustrated and wanted to see if anybody could help as I was super excited to install this part and was super disappointed after opening the box with the wrong exhaust. If it resolved I will tell everyone about my experience im pretty transparent and fair. The downpipe I bought from them I posted a pic and video of my positive feedback. I realize people make mistakes. I bought a chargepipe from you mike on June 5th and saw it soon after. If this is not the correct thing to do let me know. Thanks, John

They are closed since it is labor day weekend.
I do understand that you are frustrated but what you are doing does not help anyone.
Give them a chance to first see your message and if they do not respond open a thread.

It helps me! It takes 3 months to ship an exhaust and then the guy gets the wrong one?

It took 3 months because exhaust was out of stock and they do state that on their website.
Its not like it took them 3 months to process it and ship it.

Just got off the phone with them for the second day. Manny is no longer with Active Autowerke. They thought I would like the gen 1 over the gen 2 for whatever reason. I had to explain I ordered the gen 2 and would be willing to wait. They offered to ship the demo of the gen 2 right away as no gen 2's would be available for at least 2 weeks and I agreed to the demo. I even ordered a strut bar as the Active Autowerke parts quality are superb. Overall good experience I would just rather make my own decisions with what exhaust I want to put on my car.

I actually called Andrew to make sure that they are helping you.
He said he already talked to you and they will take care of it.
