AA was created before civil rights was passed. Jim crow laws were legal. It was to offset these. That's why it was enacted. I would agree to it if it condemned hiring or college entrance discrimination, but it doesn't. It promotes it. It should have died under Johnson with the passing of civil rights.

Colin is far from mediocre. Is he elite? No. He's a solid, highly efficient QB that's has the 6th best lowest interception %, 5th best career TD/Interception ratio at 2.4, and has the ability to extend plays with his feet. Guess what? Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers are in front of him. 2 future HOFers. Like I said he's better than some NFL QB starters and better than most/all of the back-up QBs. He should have a job by now.
