Has anyone upgrade their E88 suspension, I'm hoping for some first hand experiences? Thanks

I have Swift Spec-R springs, Koni yellows (sports), poly RSFB inserts, Dinan camber plates, and an E90 M3 FSB. Running MPSS in 225/40 F and 255/35 R. Love the sway bar and camber plate. The dampers are great, but I would like to back off the rears a hair. Since I'd need to remove them to do so, they are staying. Springs are fantastic when the road is smooth and twisty. Kinda low for a convertible on stock wheels. Expansion joints and speed bumps give my passengers fits. I love the look of the Eibach set on thus car, but wanted a linear spring with a little higher rate. Never tried them, though. |

Thanks for the advice. My front passenger bump stop has worn out and I've been sitting on Dinan plates for years, so I'm looking at doing the whole suspension, since its on the original bits from 2009

I made a change and love it even more.
Swapped the Swift springs for Eibach's. I got the E90 328 set recommended for E88. Raised the ride height and lowered the rate just enough that, well, it's just about perfect. Also replaced worn out MPSS' with MPS4s'. I didn't think Michelin could really improve upon the Super Sport. I'm surprised how much better the Sport 4s's feel on this car. Grip and response are out of this world, ride is smoother, and the car reacts all-of-a piece to inputs and road imperfections. And rain doesn't seem to have any effect on 'em whatsoever. Highly recommended. Also - recently did an oil change. Previous 2 were at shops with maintenance or repairs, so this one I did myself and sent to Blackstone. Looks pretty good for 115,000 miles. Hopeful I can get the link to work right... View post on imgur.com
