MSRP, less $1k owner loyalty and if delivery by Oct. 31 and other $1k for the BMW/Olympic ride n drive in July. And $500 from BMWCCA Membership reward. Good credit gave me a better lease rate too.

Yes. Less cash out up front. Residual is low (53%) so to buy out at the end will be "relatively" cheap. I don't wish to tap the equity line either. That being said, come delivery time I may dump to the EL and use the deduction instead.

I wonder how common place it is... talk to dealers and it would seem that 5k over MSRP is the standard price!
In socal it's common. I've seen MSRP $5000 $7500 over and $10,000 over

Well, I tend to discount Southern Cali... seems everything about the place is in fantasy land, lol.

Where there's money, there's insanity. That's the wonder of supply and demand.

I paid $2000 over but then found another dealer to do it at MSRP w/floormats. Obv. then cancelled with the first.

Funny story. I called back the dealership that I had agreed to $2k over today to make sure the charges had been reversed on my deposit. They had, and then I asked him if they ever sold the car. He said within 5 minutes of hanging up with me he sold the allocation again to someone for $5k over. A lot of people got the sickness
