Location: Epping, NSW 2121.

Item Condition: Excellent condition mechanically with all servicing is up to date and plenty of life left in the tyres (further details below). The paint is immaculate (clayed and detailed regularly) and body condition is fantastic overall, with only one minor carpark dent over the driver rear guard (only visible in certain light). Interior wise, there is fading on the leather seats and the radio screen distorts when it gets hot (another common issue).

Reason for selling: Freeing up some capital and downgrading to a Ford Fiesta ST or Nissan 350GT (will consider swaps + cash).

Price and price conditions: Expression of interest at this stage, was hoping for around $23,000.

Extra Info:
I have come to fall truly in love this car; every time I park it and walk away, I can’t help but turn back and stare at it (much to the jealousy of my girlfriend). It will be truly missed and I hope its new owner will enjoy and appreciate it as much as I have.

Tyres were replaced at 60,000km with 225/45R18 Dunlop SportMaxx (front) and 255/35R18 Nitto NT555 (rear), this is a 10mm wider configuration than standard however does not affect speedometer readings. Please note that these are not runflat tyres and this car does not come with a spare, I’ve never had a flat tyre but also have premium roadside assistance with NRMA (free towing) as a form of insurance against having a flat.

At 65,000km the brake pads and discs replaced with Akebono ceramic pads (no brake dust) and slotted/dimpled rotors, the oil filter housing gasket was replaced to prevent oil leak (another common BMW problem) and the remainder of the major service completed.

The N52B30 engine fitted to the 2008-11 125i Coupe has 160kW/270 Nm standard however was sold detuned to encourage buyers of the 130i Hatch, which has an identical engine and comes with up to 195kw/315Nm. There are only a handful of tuners across the globe which have been able to “crack” the ECU code and achieve the 130i levels of power from a 125i, and Evolve Automotive are one of the most experienced and reputable. This tune, which was installed around 70,000km, not only increases power and torque by approximately 20% across the entire rev range but also increases throttle response for more enjoyable overall driveability.

Spare new key, log books, owner’s manual and servicing invoices all included.

Very Nice

I am looking to do a few improvements to mine.

Are you interested in selling the Evolve ecu?

I have been looking at brake upgrades.

What size rotors did you fit?

Any information would be appreciated

Hey mate,

I don't think it would be worthwhile for me to sell the ECU, your best bet would be to contact Evolve Automotive and have yours tuned.

The rotors are standard size, 300mm from memory. Upgrading diameter was not worth the cost.
