You haven't had a good run hey, started off well, then the knocking, the shake and roll motion sickness, now your head.......We have a year before the euro drive, you should be all good to go by then

Fingers crossed nothing more than the undercover tray mate, I think you would have noticed on the drive home if there was anything significant.

As for the stone chips, Felicity I have lined up with her fine artist brush and touch up paint, will mix some gloss black and titanium silver to get close enough to the hyper black.....will be as good as new
Good to hear! The 1M is definitely a great car for those assault course type roads we were on near the Elan Valley. From the videos taken within Hetan's car, he was clearly enjoying himself during all those jumps .

I was actually happy that it poured with rain the whole way back to London as it meant all the sheep poo was washed away from the wheel well and tyres. All the bugs were washed off too!

Sounds like you kids had fun. Good to hear about the war wounds. Better to scuff a rim from a flat out drive than say curb it Sainsbury's.

I'd better reserve my place then. Handy I found then that H is now my nearest fellow 1Mer.

Anyway, I'm off to Chipsaway to fix my rim rash from Bedford Autodrome....

Great stuff. Would have been even more impressive if the journey had taken place one month later, when Autumn truly kicks in (however, with more treacherous road conditions). I always enjoy going for a stroll in the woods during that small time window of a few days, featuring the breath taking color bonanza of leave colors turned to all sorts of brown, orange and red, the sound of walking over leaves, the smell of damp woods: a joy for the senses - some sort of synesthesia.

The picture below that you made has an amazing color variation: all sorts of green, a blue backdrop and two delicate orange dots:

I hope you don't mind that I borrowed picture #5 for another thread:

Excellent pics from Shane and Felicity!

Need to get video sorted to complete this trip. Think I'll post it up as it appears safe to do so.

Not a problem at all.

Yeah I don't think I would want to be giving it to much beans on those roads in a months or so time, even the above, the pic doesn't show how steep the hill was coming into that bend, caught a couple of us out with an old brick wall that appeared to come very close at a rapid pace

Ditto. One small mistake on some of those single-track unclassified roads and it's game over. Won't be comfortable with going for jumps too - might find yourself landing in the ravine below or joining the sheep gorging on grass .
