THE GOOD:
The car is in pristine condition and very well maintained for a 2009 car with 55k miles. The car was CPO but that just expired. All services are up to date and I have all the service records to show for it. No major dings or scratches, just minor rock chips from regular driving. The interior is in near perfect condition. The car has always been garage kept and/or park in parking deck at work. The car has been a blast to drive but it's time to move into something bigger for my family.

THE NOT SO GOOD:
Previous owner was involved in a light rear end collision but the air bag did no deploy according to Carfax. The repair was professionally done and looks like new: you would not even be able to tell it was involved in an accident. The car is a BMW Manufacturer, but only due to minor issues which did not bug me. I have all the service records to prove it and did not shy me away. I have not had any issues with it during my ownership.

Was the damage enough to give the car a salvaged or rebuilt title?
