2012 DCT wont stay in gear

I have to use the Allen key to get my car in neutral to get on the flatbed. When turning it, the white plastic popped out and kinda broke. I had to manually hold the allen key in place to get the car to stay in neutral. Now with the new engine back in the car, its staying in neutral but won't stay in gear. Any ideas on how to secure it back in gear?

I am trying to avoid getting a new shifter base.
