Rooftop fabric ungluing from bottom of rear window..Suggestions?

I have a 09 135i convertible, fabric is ungluing from the bottom part of the rear window..any one familiar with this situation? suggestions?

I have seen a thread on this and it was re stuck with a Sikaflex type adhesive. Do you have extended warranty if so you should be okay and if not a full dealer history might get you some goodwill.
