I'm not in Ontario but when I originally was going to get a 330i they were able to come down at least $1500 from MSRP and probably would have at least got $2000 off. They offered $1500 off right away.
For your information Invoice prices are: 330i 43225, sports pkg 2,550, metallic paint 725, leather 2,185. So try to bring up these prices. Technically they could go down to a few hundred over Invoice if they want to move some cars. Probably will see really good deals in August when likely that 335 will replace 330. Then for sure you could get just above invoice. That is if you can handle buying a possibly outdated car. Good luck in negotiations! |

also when putting 0 down, how much do i have to pay for all the bullsh!t, like delivery, security, etc, etc ? also it says Rate: 7.45% ... is that a good rate ? can I negociate rates ? sorry for all the newbie questions, i just never leased before.. |

I've got 330i SP, comfort access, and paint premium, $52250
trade in worth $9500 lease 36 months....25000km....at 6.9 interest rate...$680 a month they gave me a couple thousand more on the trade-in so I was happy however interest rate has gone up It's worth buying the sport package...and the comfort access....I love it so far and I'm glad I went with it. |

Remember that the bmw.ca website lease prices don't include pdi/freight and all the extra little things they add on at the end. Count on at LEAST $50/month higher than the website claims for your lease price.

flush,
I rolled the freight/pdi/tiretax/ac tax, etc... into the lease payment for mine. I wanted a 0-down lease. I still have to pay security and 1st payment up front. I'm picking mine up in about a month (it's on a ship somewhere in the Atlantic now ).

Another thing... check out the threads about the specific dealerships accross Canada. I read the "Calgary" thread a lot before buying and it helped understand a few things. Toronto has a lot of good advice as well.

You can't negotiate the lease rate, it is set by BMW Canada. Beware, the dealer can only protect the lease rate for 30 days after it changes. I locked in at 6.95%, but the rate changed in March to 7.45% and was only protected until April 30th. If you read the fine print, the 7.45% rate is only valid until June 30, 2006. Something is going to happen in July, the rate will either go up or down. Dealer charged me next to nothing for freight, PDI and admin fee, they put most of my cash towards the downpayment. I gave them a specific amount I would pay on delivery and told them my maximum monthly payment. They worked it all out for me. Try negotiating over the phone if you know what u want, dealers can't stand that. If they want the deal, they will work something out for you. Good luck!
