Cup Holder Removal
Has anyone removed their cup holder? I cant stand how it looks! I've seen pictures of 135is with and without the holder next to the shifter.

Pull it out (that's what she said). It might seem really tough but pull straight up and it'll pop out. I leave mine in the glove compartment for when my girlfriend has a cold drink or coffee or something. Aside from that I hardly ever use it, and yes, it's ugly.

This cup-holder came with the car...stock.
There are two cup-holder "holes" under the center armrest with a No-Idrive car. If you ordered Idrive the front cup-holder "hole" was deleted for the Idrive controller knob and you got the one I have shown. At least that's the way it was way back in March 2008 when I got my car

I actually been looking for a cup holder since I yanked mine out a while back and lost it. Would you mind selling me yours if you have no use for it?

+2 that's the only reason that mines in the car.
Ohh and just an FYI some non idrive cars have the cup holder...like me. Apparently if your non idrive car was being put through the factory in a group of idrive cars the lineworkers would just say screw it were not changing the tooling and they would put the cup holder in regardless |
