I placed my order with them today.
They said they had to get it from Germany and it would take 3-8 weeks before they could even ship it to me.

Will the 2 series convertible windscreen work, or are they completely different?

Yeah, got the same message about coming from Germany. I can wait because I am replacing an old one that is starting to come apart. However, it is almost time to put the top down for the winter, so I would like to get it soon.
No clue whether posts in 2 series deflector would fit in a 1 series

Yeah same here.
Mine was actually in good shape until I ripped it being an idiot.
But it still works so at this point I really don't need it until spring.

I went to my dealer a couple years ago when I first ripped it and they told me like $500 so I figured I would live with it.

So this is a decent price and who knows how much longer they will make them for the 1-series?

Got mine 2 months back on Ebay, $425, seller still has them (OEM) would have liked to pay less, but I'm happy. Having owned other convertibles with using a windscreen, so happy I have it, much quieter and my hair looks good 😆

Mine just came today.
They said 5-8 weeks or whatever and it only took 2 weeks or so.

It definitely fits and for $250 I would definitely check it out if you’re in the market for one.
