I really don't mind the boosted route (to a degree) granted thats not too helpful on the track....but I figure BMW would lean more towards FI instead of massaging and tuning the N52 to crank out a few (*COUGH 30* COugh) extra horses. But at the end of the day its not like im unhappy by any means

That (along with EPS/run flats/lack of dip stick/etc) is why I won't be buying any more new BMW's.
Nothing that originally got me into the brand still exists in their newest cars, other than (now LSDless) rear wheel drive.

My 128i will be my last new BMW. Between the fi engines, the new steering, and everything getting heavier and less visceral....unless it's a piece is shit fwd mini special edition thing.

About to get the aFE header installed on my 128i that has a 3 stage intake and an Evolve tune. Has anyone experienced any problems with this? Should I expect any CEL lights or need to retune with already having an Evolve tune?

Why would you go with Evolve when there are more developed options on the market?
