I didn't know BMW US sold this car here? I saw this in Cambridge, MA yesterday.

They don't sell them here in US(at dealerships anyways). Most likely shipped or driven from Mexico or Canada??? Do the license plates look like from MA?

Those plates look like Mexico plates. I've seen a few of those cars here in TX

SGM was discontinued after the 08 MY the 1er LCI happened in 07 so there were on or two MYs of SGM LCI cars

Yeah, thats sparkling graphite metallic. Mine is Space Grey, a much lighter grey color (see sig).

interestingly enough I've seen a silver hatch less than a mile from where that pic was taken. This was the best I could do with my iphone at the time.

yep, this must have been a year or so ago, since that bridge is all torn up now. That was in my bugeye WRX.
