355, sigh....
They have belt driven cams and are VERY SLOW... There is no reason to own one of those over a 430 as maintence will kill you, they break often, and have a lot of small problems like sticky buttons. The tubi exhaust does sound nice though

How is that a 135 ? Our cars were never offered with Harmon branded speakers?
Maybe its our engine, but thats probably a 335, no? Or did they add Harmon for 2011 and I didn't notice.

That and the guy in the ferrari wasnt even pushing the thing hardly, ive heard several different track videos and general driving videos to know that we probably wasnt even past 5k rpms. Once that baby gets in 3rd gear at 7k rpm, its WAY in the distance

You do realize that this car is only 375 crank hp which is about 320rwhp. If he had a tune he would have done work on this car.

My uncle had an F355 years ago, and he let me take it out and rip on it once. The sound is unreal, but it's like an S2K - no torque with a narrow high-revving powerband. It doesn't feel as fast as you might imagine it would. -Doug |

I guess it's a subjective term, but calling something not just "slow," not just "very slow," but "VERY SLOW" makes me think of a VW Bus, not anything produced by an exotic car marque. |

Specially considering sports cars didnt have DCT trannies back then or such advanced drivetrains in general. I would consider a 7.5 sec to 60 back then to be around a 5.5ish to 60 now. And with that engine, and that sexy sound, ill fuckin take it. Can you imagine being the owner of one of those in pristine condition..fuckin women creaming all over your windows as you pass by em, goosebumps every time you go out..mmm Heres a wonderful 355 appreciative video for ya =) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0Ous...layer_embedded Anyone who doesnt have goosies after that last part is a fuckin marie |
