Oil under the car...
Hey guys, noticed recently, as I always throw a piece of cardboard under my car once the cold weather comes around, a slight leak...I can't seem to find the source of it from underneath the car, hoping to get it checked out this week. There is definitely some noticeable saturation under the car. My oil housing gasket was resealed the other day, and I do know some oil was mixed with the coolant as a result prior. The car was also just recently walnut blasted... This occurred within the past week and a half, and Im wondering if anything that was done could've caused this... I'm getting the coolant flushed this week, so should get this fixed as well. If anybody has any ideas let me know! Thanks.
(Not with the car at the moment but will add pics when I get home) |

Pay close attention to the location of the stain..
Try to remember where the piece of cardboard was in relation to the drivetrain.. Under the engine? Under the transmission? Also, what is the color and smell of the fluid?

It's most definitely engine oil, no doubt about it. Having it checked out Thursday when I get my coolant flush.
