125i into 130i conversion... (WIP)

Hello guys!
As many of you know, the 125i and 130i has the same engine.

Thanks to the Bandidos Unlimited company (here in Spain), now mine is giving about 260PS (stage 1), what is the 130i gives at stock. Next week I'm going to install a K&N air filter and after an electronic adjustment, my 125i should bring about 275PS.

It worths a lot, the car runs much faster, specially over 4500 rpm. All of you should try this mod if you didn't.

I'll tell you my experiences when the whole process is finished

PD: Is there any other 125i tuned in the forum?

Bienvenido caballero!!!! Aqui lo mas que hay son 135i y la gran mayoria somos americanos que trabajamos para el gobierno americano aqui. Yo soy de Puerto Rico. Hay alemanes aqui que tienen 125i y 130i's pero casi todos estan en los foros alemanes.

Welcome mister!!!! Mostly what we have here are guys with 135i's and the grand majority are americans that work for the US Government. I'm from Puerto Rico. There are Germans that have 125i's and 130i's but they are mainly in the German forums.

A "simple" tune will make use of the 2nd DISA valve. It also adjusts the lift and duration of the intake valves to take advantage of the resonance created by the variable length intake manifold.

Congratulations, 218HP to 260 is a pretty significant jump.
