Will this setup work? 235/40 and 265/35 on 18" VMR v703

Am looking to purchase a used set of VMRs.

front: 18x8.5 et40 235/40/18
rear: 18x9.5 et45 265/35/18

Will the above setup work without rolling fenders? Stock suspension, tires are MPSS.

I've searched and think this has been done before, but with different sized tires.

Thanks in advance.

The rears will rub, you'll have to roll the fenders.
I'm not too sure about the fronts but you might need a spacer and/or some negative camber. We have little room to play with up front.

Yep, I run a similar setup (but on 19's which really should not matter). On the front you might rub on the strut or the fender or might be OK, it will be very close. On the rear, I doubt you'll be able to drive it home even if you have the shop set you to maximum camber.

I did the rear brake hub mod just so I could run 255 MPSSs. I might could run a 265 now but I don't plan to risk it.

Running 19 x 8.5/ ET35 225 & 19 x 9.5/ ET46 255 MPS4s.

Zero Rub for the front (-2.3camber) with plenty of clearance.
Minor Rubbing on the left rear as the ride height is 0.25" lower than right rear (1inch gap between fender & tire). Need to get it adjusted. Rubbing for both will occur for big dips. (-2.0 camber).

Planning to go 18". Thinking of keep to the same front setup but with 235. Not sure if i wanna stick with ET45 for the rear as i'm planning to run 265 and would rather zero rub. Maybe ET58. Argh, gonna miss the concavity.

245/35-18 on 8.5e35
265/35-18 on 9.5e45
does require some fender massaging
