Headlight issue
As I left work yesterday I flashed a mate to let him go first out of the yard, he stopped to tell me one of my headlights wasn’t working, when I got home I checked them, dipped and main beam all looked ok, I then checked the flasher and only one was working, any ideas as to how this could be?

I have the same issue with my adaptive xenons.
Low beam works fine, but high beam on one side doesn't. Was told that both low and high beam use the same bulb. There is a flapper that moves when you request high beam to change the focus of the bulb into high beam. I have no idea how to fix it other than to replace the entire headlight as I don't think the flapper is serviceable. But I hope someone knows and can verify? Maybe if you take the headlight apart you can fix/repair the flapper? |
