Can't decide on color!
I swear trying to decide is gonna give me an aneurysm. Seems like all the other decisions were so much easier.
Monaco Blue with Terra and Aluminum or Alpine White with Terra and Aluminum. I like the Monaco the most, but the Alpine White is nice too and it's cheaper, easier to clean and cooler in the summer. Such a tough decision. Guess I just needed to vent and I'm sure you have opinions, so lets hear em. |

I'd go with the white... Monaco blue is a pain to keep clean. Also white + terra = sharp!

I heard you can burn your hand in the summer with aluminum trim. Not sure if it's true or not. But it gets really noticeable if it gets scratches on it.

i never thought i liked white, but after seeing some pictures on here, i love it.
they say blues are a little bit harder for resale, so if you are buying, you might wanna consider that. also, white probably shows dirt more, so if you dont mind washing your car every weekend, white is probably a better choice. if you are gonna be lazy about washing like i am, blue might be smarter.... i think

Alum trim and alum pedals look great together, slightly industrial, with that low-key sleeper look. Maybe not a good fit with White. Ultimately, it's just trim.

I'd make multiple trips to the dealer to see them more than once. Sometimes colors just grow on you. I would have never have thought I'd go Monaco Blue at first but it just kept growing on me. Monaco, being so dark, is really on the classy (Vs. sporty) side, with just a touch of color really. Alpine is definitely hot and sporty IMHO.
I actually think all the colors are great. The safest ones might be Mystic Blue and Graphite, but they all have their strengths. Arctic Silver is always something to consider too. |

IMO, and based largely on my experience, white is one of the best color cars you can own. It stays cleaner looking longer - PERIOD. Walk up to any nice looking white car and wipe your finger down it's side. You'll likely see that your finger shows a fair amount of dirt that you didn't detect when looking at the car. Also, white doesn't absorb heat like darker cars and if you live where the mercury rises above 90 degrees in summer this can be a major consideration. And last, but certainly not least, white doesn't show dings, scratches, etc. like darker cars. A 5 year old white car with the same dings as a darker car will look 5 times better, and that leads to a better resale too. And on the e90, white shows the lines better and it makes the car look bigger. And consider this, a white car is more visible and that may save you from someone pulling out in front of you.
Personally, I'd go white on beige interior with poplar, or monaco on grey with burled walnut. I drive silver on grey and love it. My last car was white on beige and enjoyed it very much. It's an 01 and still looks very new. Good luck! Whatever you decide, it'll be beautiful. It's an e90! |

I went by the dealer today cause they had a 330i sport in to test drive. Props to my CA for keeping an eye out and letting me know
While I was there I saw a Stratus Gray 650ci That color is amazing. Unfortunately, it's not an option back to the drawing board. Thanks for all the advice btw. I think I'm leaning twords Alpine White with Terra. Gotta decide on trim though. Burl... Aluminum... CA said they had a sold car coming in tomorrow with Terra interior so maybe that'll help me decide. He didn't say what trim though. |

Both are great colors. Get what you like the MOST!!! you're spending tons of money on a bmw, what's another $475??? If you dont get what YOU want, you will regret it for as long as you own the car.

If I get an E91, it will be arctic or LeMans blue.
If I get an E90, it will be AW. Not sure why the dif. Both with beige 'ette & poplar. To each their own, all bimmers are great. |
