Difference between TMAP & MAP sensor?

Hey, guys. So I have been holding off on this question because I figured I could find the answer on my own... But I haven't. What is the difference between the TMAP sensor and MAP sensor? Or are they the same? I believe the TMAP is located on the charge pipe while the MAP is on top of the manifold? Not sure if this solely applies to N54. All answers will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

N55 has the same, but I don't know why they need two sensors.

Are they interchangeable?

They look identical.

TMAP also senses temperature. MAP only measures manifold absolute pressure.
