United BMW - Information on shipping, nothing else
Just inform all of you Addicts, we are cancelling business with FedEx Ground (especially home delivery) for their refusal to pay damaged claims and their high shipping rates. We will be using UPS starting no later than January first. We will still use FedEx Air to ship spoilers, and other fragile parts. UPS has offered a better deal on shipping ground rates, which leads to one thing: cheaper rates for the Addicts!
