Replacing Bmw 1 series e87 stock exhaust with a 125i xforce exhaust

Hi Guys,

I have a 2005 bmw 120i. So I wanted to remove the stock exhaust and fit a 125i xforce valve controlled exhaust to it, but it won't fit because the 125i eaxhust occupieas a lot of space. My second thoughts was to try and remove the battery compartment and change its position so as to create a more bigger space for the exhaust to fit. This is the only way I can use the Xforce exhaust on 120i.

Has any one done this before? I will be very keen on knowing which possible location is good for the battery compartment and possibly share some pictures. If you have done this before, but not for a 120i , I will also keen to see some pics.

I wanted to explore all options before returning the exhaust to the seller, in case I can't install it on 120i. That will be lost of my money. So please help share your thoughts with me plse. I will highly appreciate your suggestions

Thanks

This is the 1M sub forum, baring the midpipe, 1M doesn't share exhaust components with the other 1 series cars.

You won't get many (if any) more replies than this one.
