loud annoying music contributes to high oil temps.

You don't have an oil cooler.

Also, fix your TPMS.

yes i track the car ALOT lol. and its a 200 mile drive from home so thats about 400 miles of autobahn driving then cooling off and then some track time. it was in the 70s today. i just got back from the ring a few hours ago. video of my full lap coming up soon!

as for my tpms sensors. i don't have flat tires, i just dont have a sensor on one of the wheels because the assholes as the shop broke the valve stem for the sensor and they replaced it with one that didn't have a sensor on it.

cruising at 150Mph your natually aspirated car will be MORE cool enough.

All BMWs destined for North America (South Africa, South America, Austrailia & parts of Asia) are Hot Climate builds. In otherwords they have increased cooling capacity (larger radiators, bigger fans, larger volume H20 pumps).

The N52 does not use an external oil cooler because it is not turbocharged.

Your water and oil tempatures will be fine.

Or it is prove that you are driving fast?

okay i just wanted to be on the safe side of things. i do track the car alot but i hope the cooling system is enough for now. and the poster above me. no i was not trying to prove i can drive fast for a long time. i was wondering if driving like that for long periods of time might be bad for our cars.

If you are really tracking the car, you need to keep an eye on N52 oil temps. Going fast isn't tracking a car, just an FYI.

Try bashing? You asked a question and I answered. Then I clarified a small point based on your nonsensical video. That's it.

The OPs version of "tracking" a car and our version may be different. To me a tracked car is either dedicated or primarily for off road use. The ocassional driving school or weekend trips for 4-6 laps of the ring in my opinion does not constitute a tracked car. With that said I STRONGLY encourge koballer to increase the frequency of fluid changes including transmission and final drive (rear diff) to Redline or Motul.

OP will be MORE than fine in stock configuration. Also he may see sustained blasts on the Autobahn of 120-130 mph, but maintaining 155mph requries long stretches of open road with proper weather and light conditions. It is EXCEEDINGLY rare here in Deustchland. My personal preferences are early Sunday morning or on German National Holidays. But, lets face it. Any yo yo can be fast in a straight line. Most yo yo's can be fast driving up hill. But, driving fast down hill....that's what separates the men from the boy's. Remember this as you blast down into the Fuchsröhre!

Change your fluids frequently, becareful, have fun, and consider joining the 1addicts at Stelvio next month.

EDIT: Almost forgot! Please Please Please do yourself and other "ringers" a favor and replace your brake fluid yearly! Or even better before and after each summer driving season. (summer....I dont see it here?)
