Bottom mount single turbo 135i

Hello i am in the process of building an N54B30 for my e82 135i. It is a RHD car and I would really like to use the speed tech manifold as the start of the kit ( only the manifold) now i understand the Downpipe won’t fit and im okay getting custom piping made but ive read countless threads going back and forth about whether bottom mount and is possible. But I haven’t seen anything clear on whether its just the down pipe that doesn’t work or the whole thing? Does anyone know for a fact whether the speed tech bottom mount manifold running a pulsar g30-660(quite small) and a custom down pipe will work? or Am I just going to run into the problem of the turbo or manifold impacting the steering rack?
