I just flashed mine yesterday. I've had limited testing, but so far I love the creep disabled. Feels just like a manual car at take off which allows me to be more consistent with acceleration. Before the flash, sometimes I would lurch away from a light with 1/4 throttle and other times just take off slowly. Lots of adjustability with this product, I'm having fun with it.

I prefer with creep disabled. It offers consistency in take off. It can also be used to induce wheelspin more effortlessly if that's what you are going for. This product is a no brainer for me.. it goes well beyond that singular feature.

After living with the car for a couple weeks, it does feel more consistent in take off. There's also a traffic mode that disables the car from downshifting to 1st gear in bumper to bumper traffic. |

With creep disabled mine will still creep forward on flat surfaces, albeit much much slower than before. It's due to the drag of the wet clutches. It goes down significantly when the oil gets up to temp.

Surprised to see so little about the XHP tune while there are so many DCT owners. Would expect almost everyone would run the tune. |

I always drive in "manual" mode and have learned if I modulate throttle just right during traffic slow n go situations it will stay in 2nd gear, from a stop I usually take off from 2nd gear anyways as the "lurch" issue when in standard D1 or S1 at a stop is super annoying to me, glad the transmission will let ya do that. I have no tunes yet but I want try some to play with DCT settings as well as turn off some annoying things in Idrive, etc.....I never use the paddle shifters just FYI so not sure if that helps...would everyone recommend XHP over MHD or just do a combo setup with both?

Since both work perfect together, I'd say combo it. Which I have done since my last post as I added XHP with their Black Friday sale.

How has the MHD/XHP combo setup been working for you? I just ordered MHD wireless adapter and was gonna start with XHP TCU to get transmission the way I want it, then maybe add MHD later... |

And I haven't played around with any of the shiftmap settings and torque reduction/punch.
