Front reflectors in headlight assembly?
From this presumably Photoshop image on the BMW NA website, it seems that the US bound 1 will have the mandatory reflectors inside the headlight assembly.
Bummer. |

Well, they HAVE to be there and to be honest, I'd much prefer them in the headlight housing than added on to the fender like the first Z4 ones were

I usually have an issue with the ambers as well but I think in this application I am going to perfer it.
It really breaks up the huge area those lights cover and reduces there mass. Now you just have to pick a color that complments them. |

Would much rather see them on the fender. Looks much better that way and gives the car a more European spec look - what the heck else do you buy a BMW or any other Euro car for? To have it Americanized? No thank you.

Agreed. It does make the headlamps a tad bit less ginormous.

I really hope the amber isn't inside the headlight housing.
I'm a strict NO AMBER on my car kind of guy. The fender reflector is a simple fix since all you need to do is purchase a European front bumper and swap it.
