paint on Brembos stripped

I was washing my wheels yesterday, took them off and gave them a good wash. After that, I decided to take my CamSpray cleaner to the caliper to get off some of that baked on brake dust. During the process I accidently took off some of the paint off of the calipers.

Yesterday I called Brembo and they suggested to re-paint them with a good high quality stage 2 or 3 paint, and stressed me to not break down the brakes. So, can this be done correctly if I can break the breaks? If I do decide to get them painted, am I going to regret this after? Or should I just buy the yellow performance calipers? Any input would be great.

find a good body shop to get them painted.
you can have them paint them yellow and get the logo put back on.
