Leaning toward 1M anyhow.
1M front end would be nice, but you're looking at around $1700 in parts + paint.

The front will look awful if the rear isn't done too, and it doesn't help much with rotating tires if you run an 18x9.5 + 22 front and an 18x9.5 +58 rear. Only thing that'd make sense functionally and financially at that rate is to do 1M front and the N5tuner rear fenders, which have a nice rear 3/4 and rear dead-on look, but are pretty gross from the front end. Strictly as function, though, that'd enable an 18x10 285/35/18 square setup and live would be grand.

I may end up there, but if I can run a 265 square without spending a fortune, I'll be happy for a while. I probably should have just gone with the proven 1-series fitment from Apex and maybe done a 255 front and 265 rear to keep it as neutral as possible without running into hiccups with the big front fitment I'm going for. Maybe i'll change my order on Monday... thoughts? tough decisions.

I run staggered 255/265 now on the Apex 1-series fitment. It's pretty great but there's never enough front end grip, might get weird with a big splitter up front and to balance it out. Might make high speed braking a little sketchy though

what tires and camber specs? post some photos of your front fitment please!
Maybe I'll just do the 1-series spec fitment, but 265 squared would be pretty awesome...

18x9 +42 APEX ARC-8. 5mm spacer up front wasn't enough, I think 8 should do it. Tire was a scrubbed 265/35/18 GT Radial UHP Y, max perf summer tire, so on the wider side.

I think I'm going to go with a set of 255/40 RT615k+ to start.

Not sure where my camber is at yet. There might be a bit more I can get out of it. We'll see once I get it aligned. But here are stock wheels for reference.

Looks like I'll be picking up some 9 inch wide rims at the Apex open house day haha.

Ballsy, but you're gonna rub, badly, under compression.

Yeah, that second photo doesn't look good.

Guess the only option is a 1M frontend lol

Yeah, I wasn’t showing this to show that this works at all. More for information for everyone else. I’ll see where I net out once the alignment and corner Balance is dialed in.

Waiting for a lot to show up still and haven’t even ordered tires.

Lots to do!

A 9" wheel offset will depend on the spring OD, lower spring perch OD and location in relation to the top and/or section width of the tyre. Lower spring perch location is dictated by ride height.

Wheel offset advice from others is only useful if they're running the same setup as you. Your best option is to measure yourself... and them measure it again.. at least twice more. I use correct offset wheels rather than using spacers.

You'll need to run a 255/35 (not 255/40, which will be far too tall).

Yeah, thanks. I've done quite a bit of measuring to get here. I already run short (7") 60mm springs on my KW Clubsport dampers. So perch clearance is as good as it's going to get without sacrificing travel or running into spring bind.

I'm on the lookout for 255/35 tires -- we'll see. I said 255/40 because I have a good relationship with Falken, and unfortunately that's the only 255 RT615k+ offered.

While spacers aren't my favorite, running them up to 10mm, as long as they're hubcentric and you're using studs, is completely fine, especially when it enables a true square setup that can be rotated. I have no desire to run staggered offsets or widths.
