I know that car covers are a big no no for OCD detailing types but these look pretty nifty.

Can't quite see the numbers - looks like there is a dot between the two digits - hopefully there isn't!

With the 1M Akrapovic exhaust it is possible to buy the wireless kit with it as well. I installed one of these on an Akra recently and it was a great idea i thought. It has a sender that plugs into your lighter and it allows you to control the flap in the exhaust. When you want it quiet, like on start up you can, and then when you want it opened up to get some nice exhaust note, just click the button and it wirelessly opens the valve. This works well when you park in an underground carpark or need to keep the wife happy.

Bugger me, that's a serious HP boost. Never thought I'd muck around with the exhaust, but . . .

Of all those "facts" I think the weight reduction is factual!

Mr B, you may well be correct but, for me and the missus, it is about some aural pleasure. All the numbers are great and look impressive but if there ain't no good sounds then I don't care. I mean, compared to the "modded" exhaust on our M3 the 1M is just a tad aurally feeble for us.

This sounds likable

Totally understand, that's why I got a CPE exhaust on my 135.
