42e2 changeover rail pressure control

Hi,

My car E87 118d
Does not start, i have this fault 42e2 changeover rail pressure control.
Also when i try to reset the Rail pressure control valve adaptation, i get failed.

who knows where to look? Thank you
The whole rail with sensor is already ben replaced.

I think I know what I did wrong.
Pressure control Valve, i did not follow the tightening specification.
Tightening 60 nm
Opening 90 degrees
Final tightening 85 nm

bmw fuel pressure regulator adaption failed

Another sign that something went wrong, why failed?
