Looks like they are a wholesaler, so they hire someone to move it. There is a secondary market where the wholesalers hire drivers who often own the trucks. The wholesalers bid low on uship & through their sites then find car carrier drivers to transport.

You can put it on uship yourself and pick the company, which could be a wholesaler or the driver the self. Good thing about uship is the reviews.
