Question about passing smog with PPK

Hi, I bought a 2012 135i from Oregon and will need to register it in CA and in order to do that I will need to pass SMOG. The car is mostly stock except it comes with a factory installed PPK2 which included some hardware mods and a tune. Has anyone with this "modification" recently passed SMOG or know if it will be ok or not?

If you still have OEM downpipe on the car you should be fine for smog.

Mine has PPK and it passes. It's an OEM tune and CARB legal.

My 135is came factory with that tune and I have a Dinan DME flash on top and I still passed. But I gotta warn you, depending on the smog station, that guy used the mirrors underneath looking at my exhaust and cats and opened my hood checking with a flash light for mods like charge pipes, intakes, and down pipes
