Coupe Sun Visors on Vert?

Anyone know if the E82 sun visors will fit an e88?

Stock units are very short and don’t fully block the sun for me.

Also, the appear to be out of a Yugo factory given quality of materials. :-)

Not sure why the verts get the smaller/flimsy units?

The bigger ones would be in the way when you have the roof down unless you put the visors down.

Yes they are tiny, but bigger ones would look silly I think with them up and the roof down

Have you priced out new sun visors ?? They ain't cheap!

The lights are also different. Coupe mirror lights are on the roof. Cabby lights are on the visor, so the wiring will be different.

I do not have many options but there are no lights on my visors. While small, they come down far enough for me. If they do not come down far enough for you, you can raise the seat.

I don't think mine are on the roof. I'll have to check. 2011 early mid-LCI 135i

My lights are on frame rail, not on visors. (E88)

The lights are not in the visor, but they are activated by a switch on the slider over the mirror.




By the way, the LED replacement lights kick butt!
