Hello,

We just found out that my wife is pregnant with our first child and I have decided to sell my pocket rocket in order to get a bigger car.

Here are the details.

California car from New.

Private Seller.

PRICE: $15,750
Mileage: 56,000

Options:
Exterior: Space Gray Metallic
Interior: Black Boston Leather
M Sport Package
Premium Package 2
7-Speed double clutch Transmission (DCT)
Heated front seats
Harman Kardon Surround sound
iPod and USB adapter
MSRP: $46,270.00
Engine: N55 Inline-6 Turbo
300 horsepower, 300 lb-ft of torque

Car is Mechanically 10/10 (no leaks whatsoever)
Exterior is 9/10 (light scratches here and there with some marks on rear bumper)
Interior is 9/10

Recent maintenance:
07/06/2018 - Set of Four new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S Ultra High Performance tires (Costco - Tustin)

04/11/2018 - Replaced Front Crankshaft Seal (Irvine BMW - Irvine)
03/13/2018 - Passed California SMOG (Jamboree SMOG - Tustin)
02/22/2018 - Engine Oil and Filter changed (BMW Encinitas - Encinitas)
02/22/2018 - Replaced Engine Oil Pan (BMW Encinitas - Encinitas)
11/22/2017 - Water Pump Replaced (BMW Encinitas - Encinitas)
11/22/2017 - Valve cover gaskets replaced (BMW Encinitas - Encinitas)
11/22/2017 - Engine Oil and Filter changed (BMW Encinitas - Encinitas)
11/22/2017 - BMW airbag recall work completed (BMW Encinitas - Encinitas)

Full records of maintenance and warranty work available from New and will be included in the sale.

I have the CarFax and AutoCheck reports ready (No accidents)

In late 2016 there was a parking lot incident where a car backing out hit the front right fender. Front right fender was replaced and paid by insurance. All OEM parts used. Complete records of the work available.

PPI paid by buyer welcomed and encouraged as long as it's local (Last PPI was done in March 2018 by Bullet Performance in Costa Mesa at the time of my purchase) They deemed the car in Good condition and confirmed all previous work done to the car were performed to BMW's standards using BMW OEM parts.

I’d keep it. You can’t replace it and will miss it once it’s gone. If you can afford to just get a second car for the kiddo and use 135i for weekends or drives to work.

Thanks for your feedback, I may end up keeping it however space is an issue as I just took delivery of a GLS450 and have six cars total. Two race cars, the GLS, the 135i, and two other coupes.

If I don't sell it soon, I may just rotate it by keeping it at my office.

We have similar issues. I have four cars and two motorcycles. Figuring out how to arrange them is sometimes a chore. I have been looking for a another home with better parking and storage options.

LOL! Good luck finding a new home. Maybe the new one will have room for car lifts.

So I have also been looking for old garages and small warehouses to rent instead. I would love to be able to add a few more, spend time there, like a detached man cave where I can also do some entertaining etc on top of hanging out on the weekend.

I would love to if I had any friends lol. It is looking to be somewhat cost prohibitive to do so.
