Selling my 2011 135i 6MT. Just under 90K miles on the clock. Never wrecked or flooded. Adult owned (3rd owner - bought from my friend who purchased it as a CPO).

Car always garaged and covered.
Car is rarely ever driven anymore. Used primarily for road trips (just returned from a 1400 mile trip to Missouri).
Car is a driver and not perfect but very clean and well cared for.

Wheels rub and slightly damaged front fenders (see pics). Had Kuhmo's on before and replaced with exact same size Bridgestones and the Bridgestones rub. Driven like this for two years now. Stock wheels and tires do not rub.
Also has a cracked windshield - not in sightline (see pic).
Needs a TPMS module.
Have maintenance records dating back to 2014.
New valve cover installed last month.

Selling to move to the world of E30's. In no hurry to sell. Will assist with shipping if need be and happy to assist if a PPI is desired.
