run flat went flat.

it's to late and dark to really inspect now but pretty sure it's a major leak. added air, just heard, " HISSSS." coming out. can run flats be plugged or is it time for new rears?

You can plug it. The dealer won't, but it's a regular tire. Just make sure you don't put any miles on it it's flat, as you'll damage its structure.

I've probably put 10 miles on it as I figured it was just low.

If it was only low, like a regular tire, it's likely ok.

it reads 20 psi but if I add air it hisses out. I'm sure it's got a hole somewhere.

It's cold and air in the tire is generally moist. Could just be the valve is froze open a bit.

Driven on completely flat, that tire is going to be garbage.

Check Craigslist or OfferUp. There are bound to be a few 17" runcraps out there for low $$ with low miles.
