We should be getting that snow here in Quebec, Canada, not our friends in the NE USA. Its crazy how much snow is being dumped on you in the last couple of years.

What we do get a lot of and is almost as nasty is freezing rain, from December to early January. It turns our roads and our sidewalks into skating rinks. People fall and hurt themselves all over the place. Trees and branches break due to weight of ice on them.

I feal partly responsible, as I recently installed my catless downpipe. Mother nature is fighting back, and acting a little skittish.

yeah, it is not fun, especially since i have a 6 car driveway and 40'x60' hockey rink to clear
