I am the 3rd owner, owned since FEB 2017 ODO 69000, 2nd owner ODO 42513, 2016, original owner Madison (Zimbrick) leased car. Reason for selling, with COVID 19, I am now working from home, so I don't drive it anymore. The wife and I have decided we are going down to just one car.

M Sport package, tri-color M logo on door sills, bolstered front sport seats, three spoke M sport multi-function steering wheel, black shadowline trim, Fineline Anthracite wood interior trim, with Black Boston leather interior.

Engine N55, 3.0L, single twin scroll turbo, inline 6. No issues. All maintenance performed by dealer.

Transmission, manual, 6 speed. No issues. Minimal wear on M sport shift handle.

Wisconsin car, never driven in winter, garaged its entire life. Car is in excellent condition, mechanically sound, all recall work has been performed, there are no engine, body, suspension, or interior modifications, it is basically stock. Service, car has been serviced at Zimbrick BMW (Madison) and Fox Valley BMW (Appleton).

Paint, B39, Mineral Grey Metallic, in decent shape, has minor chips from daily driving. Front passenger side has some minor pitting in the fascia from daily driving. No major scratches or dings.

Front seats, eight way adjustable front sport seats, with 2 way manual headrests and manual thigh support. All seats function and are in excellent condition. Minimal wear on the driver’s side and passenger’s side door panels, from getting in and out of the car, nothing major though.

Three spoke, leather wrapped multi function M sport steering wheel. Thick textured rim and thumb indents, with multi function buttons. Minimal wear on all buttons.

Brakes and exhaust are in great condition.

Stock exhaust. Tip wear is as you would expect it to be.

Wheels, Double Spoke (Style 261M), light alloys, with run flats, 18x7.5, 215/40 F and 18x8.5, 245/35 R. Tread condition is great on all tires.

Lights, Xenon adaptive, corona headlight rings, directional, LED rears. All lights function.

Shadowline exterior package, combined with window tint gives it a clean look. Windows were tinted by professional company in Oshkosh, in 2018.

Satellite radio, BMW anti-theft AM/FM stereo CD/MP3 player audio system. All speakers function, CD player functions, radio functions, USB input functions.

Cruise control, functions great.

Climate control, functions, no issues with heat, AC or defrost.

Two way power glass moonroof, functions and does not leak. I keep the slip cover closed all the time, to limit sun exposure to interior.

BMW factory floor mats and factory trunk mat, all in great condition.

The lists of “no’s” - No front plate, no extra center console cup holder, no heated front seats, no BMW Connected Drive interface, no parking distance, no BMW connected, and no winter tires.
