Rolling Windows Up and Down With Key FOB

Hey Guys,

So I can get my windows to roll down with the key fob by holding down unlock.

But why can I not roll them back up with the FOB?

Also this may seem dumb but I've been trying to get my panic to work to no avail.

Is it a safe assumption to say it is because I do not have the BMW factory "Alarm System"

Thanks!

I think these parameters have to be coded by BMW. Don't think you have the alarm as well.

You can not roll up your windows because that particular option is not enabled in your car.

You just need to get someone that known about BMW coding and enable it.

I've been wondering this exact thing as the OP.. The keyfob just confuses me.. I don't think I've ever gotten the trunk button to work either.. and if I hold it down for too long then the alarm goes off..
