Anyone know a good body shop and wheel repair shop?

I was driving on the 134E and this big old truck dropped a large steel shard. This Corolla hatchback tried to dodge it but ran over it and crushed it into two pieces. One of the piece flew straight at my car. I tried swerving left to dodge it but there was a car on my blind spot. My dodge was not enough and it shot through the lower right corner of my bumper. The shard split yet again and grazed my wheels really hard. Oh and my CF splitter is totally crushed as well.

I'm really bummed out right now.
List of casualties:

1. BMW Performance bumper has a hole on the lower right corner
2. BMW Performance CF splitter is ripped into 3 pieces
3. Front-Right Alpina wheel has a 4 inch long by 1 inch wide deep scratch mark.

Anyone know any good shops that can repair at least the wheel and bumper? I doubt the splitter can be repaired at all.
