Help With Aftermarket Stereo

So I have an Alpine ILX-700 (ILX-007 in the States) and I love the Car play from it, however, the Parking sensor compatibility is a little bit less than desired. They work and beep etc. However they use a separate small speaker which is situated in the dash with the wiring harness I got. Is there anyway I can wire this to my regular speakers or get a louder separate speaker as I have to turn volume below 3 in order to hear them properly.

The speaker is the small box with yellow and green wires.
