Another 130i caliper question

Hi all,

I'm up for new rotors and pads soon, so contemplating just doing a full upgrade. Can anyone suggest calipers and rotors that will fit the standard 17" 207m wheels?

Cheers

Mark

135i 6pot front calipers fit a 130i under those 17"wheels.
The fit pre LCI and LCI and are a direct bolt on.
LCI cars had them as an option.

Thanks for that, would it make sense to keep the stock rear calipers and upgrade just the front?

Rears are a pain to do it properly by changing the hub flange. You can use a spacer behind the rotor as a easier alternative but you lose most of the lip to mount the wheel onto.

If i was to do it again i'd leave them stock unless you want the looks.

I have done rears on my 130i PreLCI.

Took me awhile to find, but this is the correct BMWP rear rotor to fit the caliper without any modification: 34216795755KT
(you will need to trim the dust shield to fit the caliper though)

Goodluck!

Thanks for that info, still tossing up whether or not to upgrade, stock brakes are more than good enough for the street!
