o2 sensors fault help

Scanned the car and get thoses codes : 2CAB Lambdaprobe 2 before catalyst, temperature 2C3E Lambda probe in front of catalytic converter 2, control failure or cable transmission failure? Read couple of posts and I find people who replaced o2 sensors but I can't find wich one or part number.
