That's why I'm going the JB3 route. How safe is this going to be running the car at these numbers? Can we switch to a safer map on the fly and then switch to this map for track days?

I love that dyno, im very much considering the JB3 but wanted to try out the JB1 first. Running the car at these kinds of numbers is going to be untraceable to BMW?

Are the Turbos pretty much maxed out or run out of 'puff' at this point?
In order to get more power at higher revs is there a turbo upgrade in order? It seems no matter what you do after about 5.5-6 revs not much can be got! Im not an expert (someone who is please chime in) is this correct? Seems bigger (not more psi but more air) turbos are needed for more power. |

Nice. The 400whp mark is right about the capacity of the engine block and components if I recall.
Thanks for the new desktop. :biggrin: True, but to drive the 1 you do not have to have the C6's requisite 45 years, silk shirt, bald head, and ponytail. :wink:
