I hope there aren't that many bloody cyclists on the pass. I just found out there is a HUGE bike race the following weekend...

in austria racing cyclists are allowed to ride side by side on the street when they are in training, wearing a trikot - - which almost everyone of them is everytime - they are all so "professional" especially the weekend warriors - 99% of them prevent you from passing intentionally... i often wonder if they dont drive a car themselves

we used gas operated handheld kits of such horns to get tourists out of the way while snowboarding - it worked

I think we will just have to deal with the cyclists - if they are there. Hopefully they will be resting up for their race the following week. When I drove the Stelvio last year in Sept, I saw many cyclists but they were all single file as they were going up the mountain.
