Horn location?

Hi guys,

I need to get to my horn to investigate its strange sound (like a muffled truck), am I correct in thinking you can get to them from the wheel arch, after removing wheel & plastic arch liner?

They are located under the headlights, needs the front bumper removing..

Thank you, so from the pic they are both sides compared with the 135i two stuck together?

Is the front bumper much effort to remove?

No, not too much effort, can be done on axle stands, just a lot of screws to be removed,

screws from front bit of the undertrays, both front arch liners (front half) need to be removed, to get to the few screws under the headlights. Then pull out each corner, and then lastly the washer jet pipe on the leftside (blue/white U clip).
