I have the HKS it fits fine. There isnt much more clearance for anything taller then that under there.

Im sure it will be, you may need to adjest the intake cones a bit, but im not sure how much taller the tial is then the HKS (or if there is a difference)

so this intake is most likely not going to show those gains on a 128i, am i correct?

Does anything have to be relocated under the hood, or is this as simple as removing the stock airbox and installing the Injen?
